Depending on where you bought your Palm, you can connect it in a few ways. See the different ways below:
U.S. Unlocked Palm
Palm can be bought in the United States as an unlocked standalone device without a contract on amazon.com. The U.S. carrier unlocked Palm works with Verizon or any subsidiary networks of Verizon network. The U.S. Unlocked Palm is not compatible with the AT&T network, the Sprint Network, or T-Mobile or any subsidiary networks of either AT&T, Sprint or T-Mobile using the same cellular bands and frequencies.. While this version of Palm cannot be connected on the Verizon Numbershare plan, see Call and Message Syncing Options for the Unlocked Palm .
Companion Palm on Verizon
If you bought your Palm from Verizon as a connected device on the Numbershare plan, your Palm will share the same phone number as your big phone. This will allow you to call and text with the same phone number on both devices. Visit a Verizon store or verizonwireless.com to learn more.
Standalone Palm on Verizon
You can also buy your Palm at Verizon and connect it on a regular phone plan. Visit a Verizon store or verizonwireless.com to learn more.
