If you need to return all or part of an order from palm.com, follow these steps:
- Submit a ticket to our support team here. Be sure to include the details of your order, including the order number. You can find this on your order confirmation email.
- Our Returns and Exchanges team will respond to you with a form to fill out for a return or exchange.
- Send the completed form back.
- We will process the request and send you a shipping label via email for the return. If you need an exchange, we will process this as well.
- Return your item(s) with the provided shipping label.
