When you first set up your Palm, your device needs to activate on cellular network servers.
To get your Palm past the initialization screen, make sure you have a 4G LTE connection and wait a few minutes for activation. If you are still stuck on this screen, your SIM card may not be activated. Once activating the SIM card, you may need to restart your device in order to activate on your carrier's network.
Still stuck? Remove the SIM card and try restarting the phone with no SIM card inside.
