Blocked numbers will not be able to call or message you. To block a number:
- Tap Phone
on the Home screen. - Tap the Recents
tab. - Long press the caller you want to block.
- Tap Block number, and confirm.
To manage your Blocked numbers:
On the Home screen, tap Phone > More options 
> Settings > Call blocking.
